This hotel must be rated five stars! The front desk lady is super enthusiastic, the room is clean and warm, and the bedding is soft and you can fall asleep in one second! There are so many types of breakfast that you can't choose, and the location is super convenient. You can go out to the business district~ I strongly recommend this hotel to my sisters, it's as warm as home! Here, we enjoy comfort and tranquility. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, and the bed is soft and comfortable. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, always smiling. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is an ideal choice. Worth recommending! Will come again next time! This hotel must be rated five stars.

Location: The location was far than I expected! It’s not located exactly near the Dabaishu station, which requires 22min by walking distance (super inconvenient especially when you had a long day after shopping - carried a lot of stuffs and walk under cold weather). Best if you could download the China map app, save a lot of your time to find the right direction get to the hotel! 

Room and Cleanliness: Room floor was sticky on the first night when we arrived, we told the front desk and the guy came to clean the floor, thanks a lot! Bed was comfortable, clean and tidy.

Toilet was pretty small, there’s no space to hang our clothes at all and the door can’t even lock!
Complete amenities, they will provide complete set of toothbrushes, slippers, etc. on a daily basis. 

Breakfast: Breakfast is good, although they served the same kind of breakfast everyday but it’s sufficient and reasonable, healthy and just nice.

Staff & Service: Lady staff at reception was pretty rude (Monday morning duty), I told her I’ve downloaded the China map app and there’s one feature - cab/taxi/ride that’s missing and I was not unable to book or call a cab and I request for a help, or perhaps if she could help me to call or tell me where exactly I can get a cab, and guess what that lady told me they don’t have this kind of service! What! You work under a hotel and you tell me you can’t even provide a cab service contact or airport transfer and you can’t even assist your foreign guest to book a cab?! Fortunately, on my last day of staying there’s a kind lady (two of them-Tuesday morning duty) were kind enough to help me book a cab to the airport.

Economy hotel: great value for money! The hotel is in a prime location with many delicious restaurants nearby. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it meets daily accommodation needs.

The room was clean and tidy. There's a restaurant on the first floor of RT-Mart next to it, and bus 934 goes directly to the Bund across the street. It's a 400-meter walk from the hotel, and Line 12 is very convenient to the Bund. There's also a restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, and the food is okay.

The service was really good. Maybe it was because it was the weekend, they upgraded the room type for free and gave me a fruit plate. I walked around the hotel for a few times and found that their configuration and service were really good. There is a free independent parking lot, electric charging piles, and a tea room for guests to talk. There are all kinds of tea sets and tea leaves in the room, which are also free. In addition, there is a free reading bookshelf in the lobby. As long as you are a guest staying here, you can borrow it for free. With free coffee, it feels very comfortable. Another key service is breakfast. Although the hotel charges a low fee, the breakfast variety is very rich. I have stayed in many hotels outside. Personally, I feel that this place is generally good value for money.

Facilities: There was a problem with the fixing place of the shower head. It took me a long time to fix it. The water temperature was also quite hot and cold. . There is indeed a need for improvement. These are basic issues and the requirements are not high. .

Hygiene: I don't know if it's the bed or the next door, but there's always a smell of cigarette smoke and sewer. I can still smell it even with the exhaust fan on.

The front desk service is very kind, the breakfast is perfect, the facilities are complete, the hotel's sanitary conditions are perfect, the air conditioning and cooling effect is perfect, and the stay is very comfortable.

This stay was really great! The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant. There is plenty of hot water and the quality of toiletries is also very good. The younger sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Check-in and check-out were very fast. He also took the initiative to recommend nearby food and play routes to us, which was super intimate. The overall price is very high, I will choose this one next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The mini-fridge in the lobby was always stocked with chilled mineral water – such a thoughtful touch to have a refreshing drink right when you walk in. The self-service beverage station was also fantastic, fully equipped with a coffee machine and an ice maker. It was so convenient, whether I wanted a hot coffee or some ice for a drink; the attention to detail really shines through. The most pleasant surprise was their thoughtful offer to extend our check-out by an hour. This meant we didn't have to rush packing, making our departure much more relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit!

The talkative big brother carefully and patiently guided me to find the parking lot, introduced the food, scenery and culture of Haikou all the way, the smile of the lady at the hotel front desk, the patient and enthusiastic big sister I met in the guest room, the clean and hygienic room after entering the guest room, the welcome card with yogurt biscuits, everything is so natural and comfortable, the bathing water pressure is strong and the bathing is comfortable, the mattress is strong and wraps well, and the sleep is good for fatigue, and the breakfast is also rich, but I am losing weight, so I only ate an egg and a sweet potato, and my boyfriend ate some fried noodles before he woke up. My boyfriend regretted it and said that he would stay at his house on the way back and taste his breakfast again. I wish the boss a prosperous business! I will introduce my friends to stay at your house when they come to Haikou, and you must keep it up!
