It's a 5-minute walk from the train station, and close to all the main tourist attractions. However, the hotel itself is long overdue for a renovation! Everything needs an upgrade, from the reception desk and its staff – including their attitude towards guests – to the furniture in the lobby (all the sofas look like they've seen better days), the bathroom fixtures in the rooms, and the breakfast offerings! For example, who needs a sauna from 7 to 10 in the morning? Why not make it available to guests in the evening when everyone has returned from excursions and wants to relax? In a "comfort" room type, there aren't even cotton pads in the bathroom... But the bed is comfortable and the linen is white. The dishes in the restaurant are very tasty, but also very expensive. 😂😅 The waitresses are all lovely and very customer-focused!"

We came back in 2 hours but we were told that we had only corrected everything and nothing to do. We offered two options : 1. Sleep on this bed 2. We leave (and urgently to have time to give up to others). The girl on the respiratory claimed to us that this was the first time, but the guard admitted to us that this bed was known for a long time. So why not do it???? Once it is constantly broken. We certainly immediately packed things and moved to another hotel. The girl on the respiratory was a hamka, hinted to us that we broke their bed, having released their eyes, didn't want to solve anything at all, yes..., offered us to return money for half a day, not at all in itself. Until we said we would call the police now and write to Rospotrebnadzor. She called the director and the question immediately decided that the return would be in a day. More to this hotel no leg!!!"

"سأحاول أن أتحدث بصدق و بنّاء عن تجربتي في فيبورج لمدة يوم واحد. الايجابيات: - الموقع مناسب جدا - السعر مناسب - الفطور جيد - النافورة جيدة - المناضر المناضر : - الطاقم غير ودود - السكان في الساعة 15 (مغادرة الساعة 12) - سكنت في الغرفة 701، و استغفلوا في البداية و كان في الغرفة 2 فتحات الفم (موز و موز و عصائر و عصائر و عصائر و شامبو و منشفات و فواكه و بعضها البعض و بعضا من بعض الغرف ): - الغرف غير نظيفة و قديمة و غير نظيفة و العاملين في المجموعة غير ودودين و يتكلمون اللغة الانكليزية (الانجليزية و الروم سيرفس 7 الطابق... في الليل كانت معركة لا تنتهي مع المليشيات من البعوض لا أبالغ ولا أستطيع تفسيرها. لقد قمنا بحسابات لا تعادل مع ثلاث العشرات من البعوض في الليل. تم تشغيل المطفات ولكنهم لم يساعدوا. وعندما لاحظت تلك المراجعات، أدركت أننا لسنا الوحيدين الذين يواجهون البعوض، وكان هناك الكثير منهم في الطابقين من المطعم. و الإدارة تعلم أنه كان هناك جهازين للفحص. و كان شعورنا أننا في سيناريو فيلم الرعب، رقم كئيب مع العشرات من البعوض المهاجمة. أريد أن أنسى هذا كحلم مريع. لا أنصح أحد بذلك. كان هناك أفكار لرفع دعوى قضائية ضد الصحة و عدم توافق الخدمات معها، لكن ذلك سيستغرق وقتا طويلا."
