The house is on the edge of a sketchy portion of town but that was of little consequence as the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It’s evident the neighborhood is under development. Parking can be tough if there’s an event at Honeywell’s. The house itself was terrific. 6 adults stayed in the house very comfortably. Very nice accommodation and particularly compared to hotel prices in town a bargain. We had a couple of tea drinkers who wished that there was a tea kettle to boil water.

We had an initial technical hiccup upon our arrival but the hosts took care of the situation immediately. Very nicely laid out apartment; clean, cozy, abundant accoutrements. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent the apartment again.

Great location. Can easily walk to Honeywell Center and the historical downtown Wabash. We also enjoyed walking to the Farmer's Market Saturday morning. The house is old, but nicely renovated. The floors are uneven in places. The beds are comfortable. The owners were very responsive.

This place is absolutely PERFECT for your stay in Wabash
It was clean! Communication with owners was always quick and answered any Q's! Roomy, plenty of utensils! Even had a few snacks, water, coffee makings right there, in case you forget yours!! We booked this for a concert we went to just up the street actually (Honeywell Center) and even though the temps were QUITE frigid during our stay lol we still walked it, and was no problem!! I hight recommend this house and Kyle & Aubrey are great hosts!!! Thank You!!
