Perfect place to stay when visiting my daughter at Baylor. The house was very clean and well supplied for anything you would need!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cottage! It’s perfectly situated near the BU campus making it super convenient for visiting students. The location couldn’t be better — peaceful, safe, and just steps away from everything. The Duet was comfortable, spotless and charming. Would stay here again!

Eclipse stay
We stayed at the property during the eclipse. The home was well kept, clean, and decorated nicely. The owner of the property answered questions regarding the property. We recommend staying at this property and would definitely stay here again if we travel to the Waco, Texas area! Thank you!

Great Home, Great Location!
The Duet was perfect for me and my husband! The home is exactly as the photos indicate...cozy, clean and located within walking distance of Baylor. We stayed a week and James, the host, is the best! He goes above and beyond to answer any questions! We felt at home here. Thank you, James! Will be back again!
