Excellent!!
I was in town with co-workers for a work training and we needed a larger place to stay - the house was very clean and in a great neighborhood! The furnishings were very modern and gave the house a warm feel. We loved staying here!

Our Stay
*The hot tub was unusable (green water)
*The grass was too high for yard games we planned on doing.
* The pool table is in very bad shape. Almost unplayable because
of a broken end bumper.

Perfect for family gathering for graduation
The house was great! We had family in town for graduation and it was close to campus. The family room had plenty of seating and the pool table kept us entertained. There was a problem with the toilet and Christopher sent someone over right away to take care of it.

Short notice - needed house for 7 adults
Owner was prompt to respond and very helpful. Home was as pictured in photos. We gathered for a funeral so really only needed a place to shower and sleep.
Cleanliness was a bit lacking in kitchen ( mold in coffee pot) and air vents could use a dusting.
Good central location. Close to grocery store.

Teachers convention getaway
My coworkers and i stayed here while attending a 3 day teachers conference. The home was very comfortable and the owner was very prompt in answering communications during our stay
