Beautiful resort with very comfortable rooms and villas. Staff is extremely helpful and very customer service orientated. Special thanks to Ishani Perera (Front Office Manager) who helped us to get updates on a delayed suitcase and ensuring a speedy delivery to the hotel. Room cleaning staff is also very tentative in cleaning the rooms while we were out for lunch. A compliment to Ashin, Sandun and all others for providing us with daily clean towels and a nicely made up bed. The gardens on the property are kept in excellent condition by the gardening staff, it's a pleasure to sit on the terrace and look out on the trees and nicely trimmed bushes. Food in the restaurant is excellent as are the waiters and waitresses. Direct access to the beach and the pool is also very nice. We booked the villa with the plunge pool and this we so nice to cool down in after a warm day. I can highly recommend this venue for a pleasant, serene and relaxing stay.

It was a truly pleasant oasis to stay. Delicious food, clean and cosy airconditioned rooms, spacious garden with beautiful flowers and trees, and the beach only a few steps away. What touched me was the heartwarming hospitality and kindness of the staff, all of them. One day I didn't feel well and the staff reacted even more attentive by providing me medicine freshly made by the cook. I recovered quickly. Yes, they master the art of making guests feel at home and know that details make the difference. I loved all the details of their hospitality!

Das Hotel ist eine in die Jahre gekommene (im sehr positiven Sinne) Dame mit elegantem Englisch angehauchtem Flair. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay in the Villa’s Wadduwa was excellent. We stayed 5 nights in a very nice villa with Sea view. A large room with terrace and a very nice bathroom. Everything very clean! The people, the food, the service, everything is very good. We can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wir durften einige wundervolle Tage in The Villas Wadduwa verbringen und können dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkung wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns ein paar Tage Erholung nach einer erlebnisreichen Rundreise vor dem Rückflug in die Heimat. Untergebracht waren wir in einer Pool Villa in erster Strandreihe – die Lage war einfach traumhaft. Die Villa war großzügig, sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt Der Service war außergewöhnlich. Das gesamte Team war herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Adithya von der Rezeption, der sich um all unsere Anliegen mit großer Freundlichkeit kümmerte, sowie die Front Office Managerin Ishani, die stets den Überblick behielt und alles möglich machte – inklusive eines Late Checkouts, obwohl das Hotel vollständig ausgebucht war. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch Kellner Tharidu war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit– ein hervorragender Service! Die Speisen waren sehr lecker, die Küche abwechslungsreich und frisch. Ein echtes Highlight war der Poolbereich, wo Jeewantha uns mit frischen Handtüchern versorgte und uns die Liegen direkt an unsere Villa brachte – ein Service, der uns begeistert hat Im Spa kümmerte sich Chanaka mit großer Ruhe und Fachkenntnis um unser Wohlbefinden – auch hier ein herzliches Dankeschön für die entspannenden Behandlungen. Besonders angenehm war auch der Kontakt zum Hotelmanager, der sich persönlich Zeit für Gespräche nahm und uns das Gefühl gab, als Gast wirklich willkommen zu sein. Neben dem wunderschönen Pool und dem direkten Zugang zum Meer haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen – für den das Hotel nichts kann – ist der etwas verschmutzte Strand. Den Abschnitt direkt vor dem Hotel reinigt selbstverständlich das Personal Das Team tut sein Möglichstes. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Wadduwa einfach fantastisch. Die Kombination aus traumhafter Lage, geschmackvollem Ambiente, hervorragendem Service und herzlichen Mitarbeitenden macht dieses Hotel zu einem Ort, den wir nur wärmstens empfehlen können. …und vom Monsun sind wir auch. Erscheint geblieben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
