Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was small. Paper thin walls as we could hear the person in the room next to us sneeze, cough, etc. We were excited about the pool and hot tub but upon further inspection it didn’t look clean at all. The morning breakfast was not very good. The housekeeping staff were friendly and gave us towels in exchange for our dirty towels as we didn’t need the room clean.

There is a THIEF in the staff at Clarion Pointe !!! We stayed at Clarion Pointe Wake Forest on 11/26/24. We checked in used the pool and spa went up to the room to retire for the night. All seemed well. Come to find out the next morning after check out and then on the road to Thanksgiving with family we find out money is missing from my purse. The only people with access to our room were my husband and myself and unfortunately for us the front desk clerk. There was only one on duty that evening. So we have an idea who did it. I urge the hotel to check the cameras from that evening and please for the sake of unsuspecting future guests terminate this employee. This employee needs to be let go immediately before more guests are victimized. Disheartening.

I would give no stars for this hotel at all if that were possible! After checking in the hotel the hallway smelt like smoke and upon walking into our room a roach was crawling up the wall. My son proceeded to take a shower and killed 3 more roaches while in the shower. Of course after this we chose to leave. We were in the room for maybe a total of 20 minutes. The front desk and manager refuse to give us a refund due to the shower being used. Hotel Manager was rude and actually hung up on my husband at one point when we tried to call for a refund the next day. We tried to get a refund that night of our stay, but the manager was not there after our complaints were addressed. I have called corporate and ******* and they have both contacted the hotel but the hotel still refuses to give us a refund. Absolutely ridiculous to try and justify a shower being worth $175 and not giving us our money back!! Most terrible experience we have ever had! The manager will probably respond to this review as she has all of them stating we should have take our issues up with the front desk. Obviously we did if we left after 20 minutes once our son killed 4 roaches in the shower. We went to the front desk when we left with our concerns and still no money was given back to us. No way justify a 20 minute stay and a shower with roaches as worth $175. This hotel should be ashamed.

Both queen size beds in the room had human hairs on the comforters and on the sheets themselves. The light near the bed has not been cleaned since it was put there. The bathroom shower had black mold. The carpet was dirty. The chair near the window had some sort of unidentified stains on it. The air conditioning unit had stains on it as well. All night I was woken up by people running up and down the Halls screaming yelling and slamming doors. Not a place to go if you need a good rest. Unfortunately this was my last choice of hotels, and I regret it. Next time I'll make sure to book sooner so I can stay in the TRU hotel or the Hampton inn, or Fairfield inn, or any of the other ones. The staff was friendly, but that's all the good I can say about it.

Staff was very nice and courteous. However, the hotel experience was not pleasant. Rooms are small, there were bugs in the first room. Second room had maintenance issues and no tech was available to assist. Would not recommend this hotel.

This has definitely been one of our best hotel experiences so far. Amazing staff! They are always watching out for their guests. My friends and I felt like we were at home. The attendant in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. She made sure we didn't miss out on any items. The breakfast had more items than we expected like fresh hot waffles, sausage biscuits, egg & cheese biscuits, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. They offer Grits, different cereals, oatmeal with different toppings, and other basic items such as bagels and cream cheese, different types of muffins, different flavors of Greek yogurt (especially my favorite strawberry flavor), juices, fresh hot coffee, tea, etc. in addition to the hot breakfast items. My friends loved this place as they liked playing the shuffleboard and pool table while enjoying the adult beverage(s) they bought from the Marketplace at this hotel. Some great beer and wine. They even got into the pool and relaxed in the spa the day before we checked out. We will definitely be coming back!

The room was on the small side, but it was loaded with what one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. The hotel is just off Rt. 1, which made for easy access to restaurants and other shopping opportunities. The bathroom is located bedside, which my wife prefers. Close enough when she has to take those midnight breaks. There was a night light, which is also important to us. Nice walk in shower, with a normal height toilet and counter. Lots of pillows, and darkening curtains. The bathroom could use a little sprucing up, and the door would need to be refit to close properly. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient location for us to have spent the night.

I’d advise people to stay away from this place. First room I was in, AC didn’t work. Moved to new room on the first floor: woke up at 3 AM with extremely itchy skin and I turn my flashlight on to find two roaches and a red mite crawling ON the bed. Moved to new room in the morning and later that night when I get back- a dead dried up roach on the chair. Despite showing Nick Patel, the manager, photo/video proof, he was reluctant to refund my money until I pushed for at least ONE night’s worth through *******, which he initially declined. While I was at the location, he was dismissive, giving me the run-around and basically insinuated it was odd that I was the only one complaining of pests when clearly reviews say otherwise. Horrible customer service and unsettling conditions. Stay away.
