Located eight minutes from downtown and Whitman College, this property is spacious and comfortable, a modern take on simple farm lifestyle. The layout: There are two large bedrooms with king beds, and smaller room on the other side of the house with a queen bed. The fourth bed is located in the living room; it is a traditional pull-out sofa bed and quite comfortable. Guest access: This property sits on 10 acres. We want you to enjoy the home and landscape. That said, this rental agreement is for the home and surrounding yard only. Access to the pastures, shop, and barn are NOT permitted. Other things to note: We have thoughtfully included a variety of items throughout the home to enhance your experience. Whether you're hosting a dinner party, playing games, or having a picnic in the backyard, we provide a wide array of amenities.
