Rachel was fabulous my tv didn’t work in my room so she switched us rooms and also made sure we had everything we needed and accommodated our needs for our 1 year old

Noisy as can hear other guests from other rooms & the bathroom wasn’t very clean, but for the price you can forgive that

It was ok I suppose room was clean but the bathroom needs updating😳

The hotel was dirty and run down. Reception sent us to a room occupied by someone else. The second room was dirty with used linen and an unmade bed. The third was ok but like a furness. No apology for any of the inconvenience. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Great experience everything is clean and the rooms are nice you get exactly what you pay for.

Everything was great. Helpful staff. Lovely clean beds. Shower over bath was not working the hose was broken. But for got to let them no but was not a problem had a lovely bath instead. Thankyou will be staying again

Good pleasant place

Would like a refund as my weekend was full of disappointment. Friday had homeless man Knockin on our door all night scrounging then threatened my partner.sunday mornin 4 guys hyped up on coke at 7 in mornin,threatening behaviour, then 7.30 they smashed our landing up all sielin ripped down bare light fittings hanging,we had to flee hotel at 7.45 for our safety. Lost n stressful weekend

Clean rooms , kind reception

跟客户用餐，臨時要定酒店，太晚了太難定。找到這家，幸好自駕，酒店有停車。缺點是小了點
