This home is centrally located and close to all major cities (20 mins to Athens, 25 mins to Madison, 10 mins to Downtown Monroe, one hr to Atlanta). Located 5-minutes off of highway 78, it's only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Very close and an easy drive to the UGA games! On the main floor, you'll find the kitchen, living room, porches, all four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. *The kitchen is fully equip with all appliances, coffee pot & Keurig, beer/wine cooler, large grill, cooking utensils, etc. *The living room has a large smart-TV, perfect for watching your favorite sports games and movies.
