It has been a dream birthday for me and my friends. Manager Revan staff Merry & Feifei really made our day in the most beautiful way possible... with an awesome upgrade, late check out and many lovely attentions, complimentary drinks and cake. I have rarely seen this level of service. We will definitely come back and stay longer to enjoy the weather, the gorgeous food for breakfast and meet again with the friendliest staff... A big fat thank... and a 5 stars from top to bottom. Definitely foreigners friendly !

This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is perfectly located at the doorstep of the beach, great swimming pool, nice rooms, good breakfast with choice. The service is top notch, we had a personal assistant called Angelina who was a real angel and was very caring of of needs and was always there to help, a lot of small attentions and care, warmly recommend.

The experience was great, especially thanks to our housekeeper Yolanda. Because I was on vacation with my husband, I didn't book a king-size bed, so I had to make a special note that I hoped to change to a king-size bed room if the situation allowed. Thanks to Yolanda's arrangement, we finally checked into the 90-square-meter parent-child theme suite. As soon as we entered the room, this room type was super good. The spacious and bright living room made people feel good, and there was plenty of space for activities. The bed in the bedroom was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was even more spacious. The oversized shower was embedded in the ceiling. When it was turned on, the fine water flow poured down, just like bathing in the warm rain. For me who loves bathing, this is simply the ultimate enjoyment. The whole room is clean, grand and cozy, full of the warmth of home. I strongly recommend this room type! The whole hotel feels like the same tropical resort style as ”White Lotus Resort”, and the atmosphere is full. The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. Every time they meet, they will take the initiative to say hello, and the favorability is instantly full! The entire hotel covers a large area. Because they are all villas, you need to take a shuttle bus to get to various places. At first, I was worried about the long waiting time, but after the actual experience, I found that there was no need to worry. I called the switchboard before going out, and the car arrived in less than 5 minutes. There are many shuttle buses in the park. The hotel streets are clean and tidy, and the photos are especially good. You can take a big picture with just one shot. There are few people in the swimming pool during the off-season, and the outdoor swimming pool has a beautiful view. It is also convenient to go to the beach, and you can set off fireworks at night! This vacation experience at Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula Wanning is perfect. Whether it is service, facilities or environment, it is impeccable. Come again next time!

It reflects the characteristics of a small hotel. It arranges daily pick-up and drop-off for attractions, which is especially suitable for parent-child travel. It also provides a selection of personalized pillows. Although it is a detail, it is very comfortable. The service and quality of the hotel restaurant are also very worthy of praise. The afternoon tea and restaurant are very good. Pleased with the children, very successful booking. Will choose next time. In addition, the view outside the room is beautiful. The sea breeze is blowing on the balcony, looking at the small bay outside the window. It is very pleasant to drink tea and chat with the children after dinner.

A very cost-effective one on the Shenzhou Peninsula. There is a saying that an old hotel will be a bit old but the hygiene is still very clean. The pre-sale and after-sale service is very good! Butler Ella is very attentive and thoughtful, there are questions and answers, you can ask local recommendations for food, lodging and transportation. There is a wetland board park outside the hotel, which is very suitable for sports lovers. Complex energy and yoga are also indispensable. Surfing is also indispensable, and there are many net red bars. The experience of staying is very good!

Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean. The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner. Overall, we would still want to stay here again.

Secondly, the room area is really large, with complete supporting facilities, kitchen appliances, and shower facilities indoors and outdoors. In particular, the water in the swimming pool is very clean, which is especially suitable for a family trip. You will not be bored staying in the hotel for a day. Finally, it is particularly commendable that the store manager Li Wang has a very considerate service. After checking in, various needs can be responded to and solved in time. It was too late to go back to the hotel, and a shuttle bus was driven to pick us up back to the room at more than 1 o'clock in the morning. In short, the experience of this stay was quite pleasant!
