"A very comfortable stay with puntknox apartment. A seperate washer and dryer was also provided and was useful to us. The room was clean and big with great kitchen facilities. Parking was also free and what more can we ask for.
The only downside was just the bed which was comfortable but was really really soft which sunk in when we slept on it giving us a partial backache in the morning. Other than that we are happy with the stay and the affordable price"

"My stay was very relaxing, the complex was very busy with the restaurant and event room filled my room was very quiet.
Bathroom very clean and adequate, heating and cooling easy to adjust to your liking..
Only 1 thing , the coffee and tea supply is very limited in the room, but otherwise service and admission was friendly ,professional and pleasant."
"Well priced motel. Although its a bit dated, the room was large with a desk, kitchenette and 2 single beds. Quiet enough , although its sits just off a main road but didn't hear much noise. The bonus Cafe next door at the gym is excellent and run by someone who knows what they are doing. It opens at 6am for breakfast. All meals are excellent and cheap enough"
"Because this was the only hotel within walking distance from my friend's house, we stayed for a total of 4 nights and booked a 2+1+1 deal. Before checking in on the first day, the room fee and a deposit of 100 Australian dollars were charged to my credit card. On the fourth day, I went to the front desk to renew the room card (I couldn't open the door without renewing it). The front desk already knew that this was a prepaid order and asked if the payment would be deducted from the original credit card (I changed the name of the booker on the fourth night but didn't change the room and noted ”extend stay” in the order). I thought that after the prepaid order, the hotel might have to charge a deposit again because the name of the booker had changed, so I replied ”yes”. As a result, not long after, the front desk deducted 157 Australian dollars from the credit card again. I returned to the hotel in the evening and called the front desk. The front desk said it might be the deposit and asked me to talk to the manager tomorrow. I checked out very early the next day and the front desk was not at work. I negotiated with the hotel through text messages. The hotel said that I booked the room twice, once at the front desk and then again on Ctrip two hours later. They were so shameless. I booked the room on Ctrip one night in advance, but I didn't go to the front desk to renew the room card until after 9 o'clock the next day. After the communication failed, I had to contact Ctrip. If the negotiation with Ctrip failed, I would post a complaint on the hotel's official website. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the money, saying it was a ”communication misunderstanding”. I suggest that compatriots should check their credit card information more often when they go out, and safeguard their legal rights and interests in a timely and resolute manner, so that the chickens and dogs of T can't hide."
"The apartment is right next to the main road, the location is very good, opposite the gas station and 711, there are a lot of places to eat on the left side of the door, we packed up the Domino's pizza back to the room to eat, the main road opposite the big supermarket woolworths is very convenient. The layout of the room is good, the two bedrooms are very comfortable, the landlord is very welcoming, and the parking is convenient and free. We went to the small train the next day, so I chose here. It is so convenient to drive for ten minutes. I would recommend friends to have a chance to live."
"The two-bedroom room is suitable for family outings. The living room TV can be projected. I watched the Spring Festival Gala and it was very good. There is a Rhino supermarket and an Asian supermarket in the alley behind the hotel, which are open until 3 o'clock. There are delicious dumplings.
The hotel has a laundry room and dryer. There are only two dryers. You have to queue up and bring your own laundry detergent.
The gym is very small and stuffy, so don't go there.
The transportation is very convenient. You can walk to most attractions. There are shopping malls, supermarkets, and international food nearby.
The Vietnamese pho across the road is delicious. The Korean barbecue Woo399, which is open at night, smells good but tastes a bit greasy."
"The room is big and clean, not expensive, and very cost-effective. There is water and milk in the refrigerator, and there is a big supermarket next to it. But there is no one at the front desk after dark, and you have to go to the bar next to it, which is a bit annoying.
There is no elevator, no staff, and you need to carry your luggage to the second floor by yourself.
It is a self-service check-in--don't stay if you are not good at English, you can't even figure out the Wi-Fi password."
