The room we stayed in was a good size (premier plus), but there were a few issues unfortunately with the kettle that didn't stay on unless you held it down (this was quickly replaced), the hairdryer kept cutting out so would have to be changed. But the most annoying thing was the air conditioning that jumped from 19c to 28c after just a few hours - meaning the most important thing (Sleep) was very much disturbed and hot! The staff however, were all very pleasant and helpful. If the air con and the other annoying things were sorted we'd happily stay in the same room.

The stay was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room, the ability to work from the room for a day before my conference. The only issues I have are, being 5ft, the beds are always way too high, and getting into the shower over a bath is always 'interesting'/dangerous

Overall the hotel was fantastic. Situation was good for town centre. Unfortunately brewers fayre breakfast was a let down. Not a good reputation for how good the hotel was. The staff in the restaurant were very slow and the cooked breakfast was dissapointing

Nice clean hotel, walking distance from train station and town. Plenty of free parking in hotel. The beefeater restaurant served surprisingly good food for the price. Comfy beds clean bathroom. Shower over bath. Air conditioned room. A good choice.

Liv was absolutely incredible - so attentive, kind, welcoming and made my stay incredible. Cannot speak highly enough of her, she’s just amazing! I hope they know what they have in her, she will be the sole reason I come back to this location again!

Good hotel, understaffed in the restaurant, do not pay for the breakfast. They used to do this right now it's a buffet type idea that's kept sparse of breakfast items and people have to hover over the hotplate waiting on items being topped up. Ware has excellent cafe alternatives with superior products and choice. A real let down from.where premier inn used to be across the UK and not confined to this hotel I must add.

Terrible deep base droning noise from the restaurant fans, which had the cupboard, housing the equipment opposite my room, it went off around midnight but started again around 5.30. If you also add in the noise coming from the bathroom, where water was gurgling and glugging from the sink it was by far the worst ever room I've stayed in. The lady at reception could not offer me another room as it was full but a truly awful stay, don't stay in room 132, its not fit to sleep in

Restaurant closes earlier than advertised and bar always closes at least an hour earlier than advertised. Extremely poor for guests checking in late due to flights. Consistent times or alignment with those advertised, should be the minimum standard
