Only a couple blocks from a Dollar General for quick trips for necessities. We prefer Perdido Key to Pensacola Beach. It is much more relaxed and less "touristy". There are several public beach access along the highway. Big Lagoon State Park offers fishing jetties and shelters and Perdido Key State Park has several great beaches. These are only minutes from our house. Grand Bayou, which is only a block away is nice for kayaking and fishing and dolphins are seen frequently.
