Premier Inn Warrington (A49/M62,J9)

The staff are lovely here and helpful thank you. Pam was really good with the kids at breakfast and also catered to my wife who is gluten intolerant. The breakfast was all made to order so nice and fresh. Also all you can eat , really set us up for the adventures ahead.

We booked a family room for two adults and one child. We arrived late, around 1:30am. It took approximately five minutes for the receptionist to locate our booking. We were then asked to wait while the receptionist went into an office to make a phone call. After another 10 minutes, he returned and told us he needed to check if the room was ready. When he came back to reception, he left again to make another phone call, which took around five minutes. After the second call, we were finally informed that there was a problem with our room. Someone else with my surname had checked in and taken the room reserved for us. My surname is very rare in the UK, so I strongly doubt this is true. Regardless, we were offered another room with two single beds, expecting two of us to share one. My son is 14 and quite tall, so this arrangement was not suitable for a comfortable night's sleep. I asked if we could be given another room, and the receptionist agreed. He took me to the room and opened the door but did not give me a key, meaning I couldn’t leave the room if needed. We ended up spending the night separately. Throughout this experience, we had to wait at reception for 20 minutes without any explanation. The whole situation was horrible. We were extremely tired after a long drive, and this added unnecessary stress

Come for breakfast as a family of 4 at the premier in which is formally known as the winick quay brewers fayre we had a cooked breakfast and the full continental which had a wide choice of variety you can choose from …Croissants,cereal pancakes hot/cold drinks, fruit and much more etc etc our overall experience was phenomenal it’s good to be back! As we entered the building we had a very warm welcoming from Pam and Ian who was very friendly an smiley amongst entering and all throughout service they definitely went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met food was done to perfection and the continental was refilled regularly throughout to ensure everything was available to those dining . We had an exceptional dining experience! The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The ambiance was cozy and inviting Highly recommend 10/10 And Thankyou again to Pam and Ian for making us feel right at home we’ll definitely be returning!

Firstly, never heard any road noise. The booking made by phone through the call centre, was unfortunately not suitable, but the duty manager realised before we arrived and rectified it to our satisfaction before we arrived. Wonderful staff warm and welcoming, and felt like family after our 4 night stay. Couldn't do enough to make our stay an amazing success. The small work force, work so very hard, ans are a credit to the premier inn. Thank you so much to Taz, Ian, Megan, Stephen, Karen, Bev and Liz. We will see you soon.

Best Premier inn choice in Warrington. Staff are friendly and always accommodate me with the correct room for noise as I work nights. Good, safe location and breakfast is always on point. Would recommend if you need to book somewhere in WA1..

Pam was great in the breakfast restaurant, was very accommodating to me and my team. Good fruit Slad coffee and yoghurts. Helped us start our day right. Would happily stay again if experience was like this every time. See you next time Warrington.
