كانت إقامتنا ممتعة للغاية. الخدمة والنظافة كانتا مثاليتين. الجانب السلبي الوحيد كان حجب المنظر من الغرفة بشكل كبير بسبب إعلان ضخم على جانب المبنى، مما يخلق تأثيرًا يشبه الشاشة الوردية، وهو أمر مزعج للغاية.

This hotel's service was above my expectation. When room was ready (I arrived at noon), the reception did not claim for any policy to procrastinate my check-in process. Breakfast was great. However, it'd be even better if they can provide more variety of fruits. Nevertheless by overall, this hotel is totally value of money.

Amazing hotel close to the train station and bus station with beautiful view of the city. The staff are great and very friendly!

I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent.

Staff: The reception team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Veredict: Whether you are in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Metropol for its unbeatable location and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in an excellent location close to central station. Walkable to old town. Breakfast was also good.

Hotel is clean . Location is great. Delicious breakfasts. There was a refill of water for free. I leafy my luggage in the storage before check in and could discover the down town of Warsaw. Definitely i will stay again
