Warsaw Ursynow Hotels

There is a car to pick up and drop off at the airport. The room is clean and tidy. There is no kettle or tea and coffee. There is drinking water next to the elevator. It is probably because they consider that the guests staying in the hotel are catching a flight and have no time to make it. I agreed to have a car to take me to the airport at 6:20 in the morning. I came out at 6:10 and saw a taxi waiting. The driver ignored me. At 6:21, I went back to the front desk to ask. After a lot of operations, the front desk told me that the driver had arrived long ago. I went back to ask about the car. The driver asked me which room I was from. It turned out that I had to find the driver to tell him the room number. Then why didn't they remind me when I checked in and checked out? The people on duty at the front desk looked like children and lacked experience.

The room facilities are new, but the bed is too small and the quilt is too thin. The service is nice and it's close to the airport.

Large room with spacious bathroom. Clean. Friendly service. Breakfast buffet. Everyone will find something for themselves. Close to Chopin airport.

It was a good stayed , everything was perfectly clean and tidy , good location , nice front desk personal . One complaint was about some teenagers being noisy in the third floor of the hotel, slamming the doors, running and being so loud when people were trying to get some rest before going to bed. Besides of that it was good !

The hotel environment is OK, the room space is very large, but my room has no balcony, can not smoke, is a distress. Breakfast is very good, no room WIFI, work will be more troublesome, but fortunately there is a desk very comfortable
