Very suitable for family vacation, family room a perfect for us the kids enjoy it

Location is great but is expensive. They have tried to automate things but means a hit on service. Did not tell us about registering the car numberplate in a computer as part of check in. We then got stuck at a barrier just popping out to see the area. Then had to pay the barrier as no humans. Then had to make a claim. Then still waiting for the claim. Computers reduce headcount but reduce service. The hotel itself is fine but was not value for money.

I stayed for one night with my daughter. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel from the bus stop, as there were no clear signs. However, the hotel room and breakfast were nice.

這是一間很有特色的小木屋酒店！雖然是小木屋，但是內裏的設施齊全（但並沒有雪櫃），裝修充滿中世紀風情，而且整個園區十分有古代的氣氛。環境綠化又優美，能夠看見野鴨在溪邊暢泳及覓食。園區內有給兒童的遊戲設施及每天有定時的娛樂節目，小朋友十分喜歡。 整體性價比好，我在這裏與家人渡過了美好的一個假期！
