Unfortunately there were only 2 young lads working in the whole hotel. They didn’t seem very knowledgable, they charged me for the stay although I had already paid through trip - they did refund me, but that was after I went to speak to them showing them my bank statement.. and my husband then had to go back again to get the refund sorted! For some reason speaking to me wasn’t enough!! They had hardly any meals available in the restaurant. Only burgers! The room itself needs a massive uplift, the bathroom looked really unclean and falling apart. Really sad stay considering it was part of a Christmas gift. Definitely won’t be returning.

The guy on reception was not very welcoming and didn’t seem very happy, he just said have you stayed at premier inn before. Not hello how are you… Parking - it baffles me how a hotel does not have enough parking spaces for one car per room! We checked in and had to wait around to get a space, all parked we had to pay £5 otherwise risk getting up to £95 fine. So did that went out for dinner and the parking was ridiculous, no parking spaces, people had blocked others in and we had to park on grass verges as the road is double yellow lines. Tell me why £5 a night is worth it when you’re not guaranteed a parking space but still have to pay £5 per night. We complained at reception and he basically said it was tough and we cannot get a refund. Think putting a small multi storey car park would be of better use, otherwise it is just a con. Once we had parked up this elderly couple had to ram there car up onto grass verge too and they said how awful it was too.

The staff were very friendly and id their best however they were vastly understaffed which meant the services well below what I expect from a Premier Inn. The bedroom was not very clean with a coffee stain on the wall and the skirtings were dirty and badly marked. The food was not very well prepared but this was mainly due to the lack of staff. All in all a very disappointing stay. I have stayed in many Premier Inns and this was by far the worst I have ever been in.

Convenient location and base for where we wanted to visit. Hotel clean, staff friendly. Breakfast selection plentiful - gets busy so try and time it right. Parking is the major let down - struggle to get a space, ended up on grass verge under the trees - and you have to pay for that privilege - £4.50 for 24 hours. Apart from this, had an issue with the toilet stopping flushing during the night but as we were checking out the next morning, we notified the staff and used the toilets in the restaurant area but not ideal.

Could someone please post a photo of the parking tariff for Premier Inn Warwick. Stopped here to visit family that were staying in the hotel....only there for 1 hour...have just received a parking ticket and trying to get information about the tariff is almost impossible....from the hotel and also the company that run the car park.
