The Georgian House

The Georgian House was clean, comfortable, great breakfast and lovely staff. Walking distance to the harbour and all amenities close by. Reasonable parking behind the location. Sunday Market was a treat! Will definitely return soon!!!

Excellent hospitality . Beautiful house , garden and location. Comfy bed. Delicious breakfast and good selection. Spotlessly clean and lovely decor comfy lounge. I will hopefully stay again very soon on my regular trips to West Somerset and Exmoor

Stayed for 1 night at this lovely B&B. Sharon and Keith were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the suite which was lovely. Everything you need is provided. The large bedroom has a sofa included. There are some lovely antiques throughout the three rooms. Loved the art deco clock! I enjoyed listening to the music system in the dressing room too. The bathroom was superb! We will definitely be back. Thank you Sharon and Keith for making us feel so welcome. Lovely place!

I was lucky to find The Georgian which is well located and a short walk to everything you could wish to see in Watchet. Probably one of the finest houses in the town too. The owner has a keen eye for antiques and decor. so inside is lovely, ecletic and interesting. Keith the warm, engaging owner has some lovely items to inspect but no doubt his best find is Sharon who in supporting Keith, looks after us all wirh a lovely personality. It's not a uniform Premier Inn type place but great because of that and I do/will keep going back.

Sorry for the late review . I stayed at this Charming hotel with two friends on the 18th November we were only there for one night a Surprise Birthday Party for a Friend in the area . The Hotel is beautiful extremely comfortable everything you need in the rooms .The Hotel is beautifully decorated wish we could have stayed longer .Wonderfull cooked breakfast so much choice would defiantly recommend

An absolute gem uncovered in the heart of Watchet, we had never stayed before at The Georgian House but what a wonderful surprise. We were greeted by Sharron whose official title is housekeeper but believe me she is that and much more. To say she is the centrepiece that keeps everyone else turning wouldn’t be to far from the truth. For the week we stayed I never saw or heard her get anyone’s name wrong. Keith the owner was always on hand and cooked the most wonderful breakfasts egg, bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms, beans and hash browns plus tea, coffee, toast, cereal and yogurt, well done Keith and well done Sharron on the one day Keith was unfortunate enough to be absent, you would never know things ran as clockwork. As you can see I was well taken with the Georgian House if you’re booking I would recommend you ask for the red suite a little more expensive but what an experience. 10/10 well done the Georgian House and well done Watchet
