I gave this hotel a 10 out of 10, I have stayed at this hotel several times and the first person that I came in contact with on this trip was Miss Emily the night time front desk agent with a contagious smile that lit up the warm dark Iowa night time sky, She was very knowledgeable and informative and passionate about her job and the state which she’s from. She knows her stuff, Marriott needs to hire or nominate her to be the Corporate Director, Leader, and Director of Training on-boarding new employees.
