en plein Boitsfort petit hôtel sympa il y a un restaurant indien au rez-de chaussée, beau cadre de verdure, personnel efficace chambres assez joliment décorées, petit déjeuner agréable dommage pour la télé qui ne fonctionnait pas et l'employé n'a pas su bien aider

The family who run this very sweet hotel are kind, accommodating, and offer most everything you could want. I felt safe and I loved the balcony off of my room where I got to watch the full moon. It was so easy to get to. All the bus/metro lines stop right in front or very close by - There are also city bike rentals you can get to bike all over Brussels and you can easily either get to the city center or to the most impressive forest. They also have a delicious restaurant so if you are hungry morning, noon or night there is delicious food to satisfy any Food cravings.

Prix / qualite tres bien Conforme prix / qualite. Je n'attendais ni plus ni moin. Donc pas de remarques, c'est tres correct pour le prix.

Je devais assister à un un stage dans le quartier et il y a peu d’hôtels dans le coin. J’ai trouvé l’accueil chaleureux et la chambre spacieuse. Le lit était grand et confortable et la salle de bain entièrement rénovée. J’ai apprécié que les horaires du petit déjeuner soient adaptés car je devais partir tôt. Pour 10€, la sélection était simple mais suffisante. J’ai eu du melon frais et le café au percolateur était bon. Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et la serviabilité des hôteliers. L’hôtel est un peu en rénovation mais ça ne m’a pas dérangée: je pense que le souci du détail et l’envie d’améliorer les choses sont des points positifs de la part des propriétaires. Ça change un peu des chaînes du type Ibis et c’est pas plus mal. Une très bonne expérience pour moi et mon mari.

I had a negative experience at this hotel. I booked a half luxe(junior ) suite in this hotel for two nights, in the description there were photos of the room and it was written that there was a balcony. When I checked in, I found that the room did not match the description and pictures. I demanded that the manager, who called herself the owner of the hotel, provide me with a room that matches the description on the booking site and which has the promised balcony. The hostess began to laugh at me, saying that she didn’t post this description on the site and she also didn’t post photos on the site and she doesn’t have a better number. That is, the junior suite of the room for which I paid, she does not have and is available. When I asked why she posted false information on the booking site, she said that she did not post anything. Then she began to openly laugh at me, when demanding to return my money to me, she did not even let me into my room and I took my things with difficulty. I was already ready to call the police to take my things and return my money, but the booking site professionally dealt with this conflict and the site returned my money to me. It happened on my birthday, that is, the day was ruined, but this did not disturb the hostess of the hotel and the man whom she called. Together with this man, they laughed at me. I want to warn you against the negative experience that I went through. Also, all this time (star time) for two hours, an employee was sitting in my rented room and repairing the door to the shower room. I ended up not being able to check into the room I paid for. I post photos of the room and another room that was offered to me as a replacement, but these photos did not match the stated description

Un hôtel-Restaurant Indien tout à fait original, bonne table et accueil chaleureux dans un quartier résidentiel de Bruxelles. Nous sommes restés quelques jours et tout a été parfait. Le personnel d'une gentillesse extrême était toujours à l'écoute.
