Watford (Croxley Green)

Excellent place 👌 👏 👍.

The location is not very good, not close to the tube.

There is no air conditioning in rooms it was only may and the room temperature was 26 degrees next day they gave a fan to put in the room the next night it went down to 23 Degrees but it left me having a migraine as so warm did complain at reception but was told it was because it was a old hotel and not updated would be wary of going there in the summer months

Lovely and friendly staff in the restaurant, great information about Harry Potter Studios, which we were due to visit. The room wasn’t very clean, thick dust on the carpet round the edges especially by the bed, glitter on floor in bathroom presumably from last guest and sink taking a long time to empty.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Croxley Green, and I had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect for those looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, while still being conveniently close to Watford and London. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, with Croxley station just a short walk away, which made getting around really simple. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. It was clear that the hotel takes cleanliness and guest comfort seriously, as everything was spotless. What really stood out was the service – the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Whether it was check-in or any small request during my stay, they made me feel valued and looked after

The staff are lovely and welcoming. Efficient check in too. Unfortunately sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Went to reception and moved rooms, second room had been cleaned but still dirty and bin not emptied. The restaurant was understaffed - waited over an hour for undercooked food. Hotel is near a busy road but cannot be helped. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.
