The hotel is clean and comfortable! Breakfast was good, The staff was helpful and friendly and town is wonderful. 🥰 Wonderful stay

The room was good. Um, bathroom could have been a little bigger. The door was a problem, otherwise everything else. The amenity is and everything were good. Maybe they should make sure they vacuum the carpets better, though, and make sure sheets are properly cleaned.

Could be better When I arrived in the lobby, I was the only guest there. The front desk attendant was working on the computer and didn’t acknowledge me for about three minutes, not even a simple “I’ll be right with you” or “Just a moment.” While I understand she may have been handling something important, a brief acknowledgment would have gone a long way. When she did finally look up, she asked, “How can I help you?” I explained I was there to check in and provided my name and email. I also mentioned that I had completed the online pre check-in, but I was told upon arrival that the property was switching systems and hadn’t received my information. I found this extremely annoying, The property itself could use some attention. I took the stairs instead of the elevator and noticed the carpeting was ripped and dirty. The parking lot also appeared neglected and could benefit from resurfacing or at least a fresh layer of tar. Additionally, I was charged $33.96 for incidentals, which has not yet been refunded. On a positive note, the room itself was fine and met my expectations.

Theres a major stench on floor 2 in the halls.. just cant pin point what it is but nasty

Garbage in parking lot and surrounding area. Sinks, jacuzzi, and showers had tons of dirt and grime.

A safe place for the family to spend time together. All services of the property were not working..
