We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone.. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options at all meals.The service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out.Gardens, which were well-maintained.

We stayed four days with mountain shadow resort. It was the best stay we had. Quality of the room and service was impeccable. Staffs was so helpful, they looked after us very well. Buggy was always available for moving around the island. My family had a great time and we will come back again.

Mountain shadows...we booked through trip advisor and instagram reels...not upto the mark as seen in reel..don't get bounced by seeing the reel Service very average Food is very limited and Quality wise and taste wise really below average Buggie service very bad Resort views and boating is a excellent one Aprt from restaurant there are other activities in near by village

Ambience: Mountain Shadows Resort offers a truly spectacular setting, perched on the edge of Banasura Dam with sweeping views of misty mountains and tranquil waters. The sense of peace here is remarkable. I stayed in a Jacuzzi villa, and waking up to the stunning landscape from my bed was unforgettable. This is the perfect spot to simply relax, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in nature. I especially enjoyed being the pool through the evening, just seeing the clouds pass by hugging the mountains! Service: The service throughout our stay was excellent—warm, genuine, and attentive. A special mention to Arun Kumar, who drove the buggy and looked after us exceptionally well. His hospitality and care made our experience even more memorable. Food: If there’s an area for improvement, it’s the food. The buffet options were average and didn’t quite match the quality of the surroundings. However, the à la carte menu offered some standout dishes. Note: the resort doesn’t serve alcohol, but guests are welcome to bring their own.

Amazing,lovely, beautiful resort with spacious villas called Lake View Rooms. This resort can be called a Post card picture perfect with a 360° view of the mountains. Everything was 10/10 including the food, staff & ambience. A must visit!

One of the best properties I have ever started at. If you are looking for some peace and exclusivity this is the place for you. The staff is excellent and the food quality also is too good. Great variety across all meals. The approach road for about 3 kms is the only part that gets a little difficult. But in whole I would recommend this place anyday.

The best view from the room in many years of our stay across the country. The rooms are very spacious, we were not very sure when we booked this hotel about thr amenities but it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in all these years, few areas of improvement- the breakfast service is quite slow, had to wait for almost 20 mints for tea and for omlettes, but otherwise the dinner spread was awesome, the chef's for dinner spread please take a bow for the awesome taste

The location of the rooms are excellent with a great view of the mountains and birds. The indoor games area was very nice and well equipped and maintained. The food was excellent and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. The entire area of the resort was well maintained. I will surely visit this property many times.
