Rooms were clean. Property was also clean. We were greeted with smiles

I called the property and told them I was not coming. They said they would cancel my room. I got there the next day for a room that I was keeping. I saw on my card that this room was charged to me. They told me that since I booked through ******* they couldn't do anything. They never said this on the phone to me and charged me as a no show. I was very disappointed. The room I received the next day had an awful smell. The carpet was wet, there was blood on the bedding. Hair and other brown items on the sheets. I did ask for a new room and the obliged. It was somewhat cleaner. I am very upset I had to pay for the room that I specifically called and canceled.

We booked online and it mentioned a pool. The pool is closed for 20 days and the website did not say that. I asked to cancel and get a refund and they said to do it through *******. ******* told me to have them put an approval note on the cancelation but the manager would not ans told me to have ******* call and approve it. So ******* called and no one answered so they're waiting on the hotel staff to approve my refund so I'm waiting for 2 days now.

This place has continued to charge me multiple times for a room I was in 3 seconds. I asked for a refund. They said they’d give me the refund. Then now have charged my card over 300 dollars. The bank finally stopped them from being able to take any more money. It’s a small scammer owned place where they live right at the hotel. Stay away from this place at all costs. Spend 300 on a good room because they will scam you out of the money anyway. All transactions will be disputed with this merchant. They also charged me twice the online price. Another scam they are running. I will add photos for proof that I’m not lying online. You continue to charge me over and over for a service I didn’t use. This hotel is the biggest scam going. These people are scum of the earth. Please explain he multiple charges on my card for a service I didn’t use. Please explain the charges? Where is my refund I was promised? You lie and cheat and steal. You are thieves. Updated: after several attempts I was never refunded my money. It’s 2025 and nothing has ever been refunded. Was charged $160 twice to step foot in the room turn around and walk out. The room was that bad. Was promised money back and I got nothing from them. Worst place I’ve ever been to. Worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life.
