First of all. The room number 1192 isnt clean at all. We did it ourself instead of spending time going all the way back to make them come doing it. We now (after a couple of hours with the Kids in the waterpark) was tired and was walking back to the 1192. Now none of all 4 keys didnt work for the Door? My wife was going back to say it and got 2 new keys.. still dont work.. Going back Again, this time the receptionist sayd the was maybe go around 10minutes. Now 30 minutes still no information, and with 2 very tired kids really want to lay in the bed, its still not possible. Beside that, instead of paying for the rooms ( with the most bad beds) i will NEVER come back to Weissenhouser strand .. Very bad customer service and rooms that REALLY need a update and a seriens cleaning. Luckyly we are going home tommorow.... Todays date 6/3-25

Our check-in experience was great—the lady who assisted us was incredibly sweet, helpful, and full of information. She had a warm smile and made us feel very welcome. However, the staff member we spoke to on the 20th was quite the opposite. She seemed almost annoyed with us, and her response to everything was a firm “no.” While I understand this is just a job for her, we are on vacation and want to have a good experience. Perhaps she could take some inspiration from the first lady, who made a much better impression. Remember to take your ticket (just a paper note) for the water park from the reception. Take it with you every time, as the bracelets do not work at the water park. Unfortunately, the internet is completely unreliable, which is highly disappointing. The Danish TV channels don’t work properly either—you can watch for about two minutes before the screen goes black for three minutes, and then it repeats. On a positive note, the water park is fantastic for children op too 10-14 years,with plenty of attractions . There is a lot to choose from, making it a highlight of our stay. Nice, friendly staff, but they do not speak too much english. The rooms are decent, but the pillows are uncomfortable and can cause neck pain. It might be a good idea to bring your own. Just remember the rooms do not have an oven.

Surt personale - men flot badeland Superflot badeland, super dejlig lejlighed, men helt utroligt surt personale ved indgangen til selve badelandet. Himmelvendte øjne når man stillede spørgsmål, dybe suk når man ikke gik gennem tælleapparatet hurtigt nok og armbåndene ikke ville fungere som de skulle og generel passiv aggressiv attitude. Meget skuffende.

We went on a family trip to weissenhauserstrand, to adults, a todler and a teenager. We rented a to bedroom apartment, it was nice, both bedrooms had doubbled beds, there were also an extra fold out bed, and it had a big balcony. Only downside to the apartment is that there are no oven, only burners. The resort itself are super child friendly and the personal are very helpful. We are at three of the restaurants at the resort, the American Diner were absolutely horrible, it was the most expensive one out of the three and the quality are way verse than MacDonald. We also ate at Osteria, an Italian Restaurant and Heimstaden (or something like that) a German and thy were both great, it was delicious and waiter on Heimstaden were absolutely wonderful. I myself had Gastric bypass surgery serval years ago, and can only eat a little bit of a time, this was no problem at the restaurants, they were happy to bring me a box so i could take home the rest of my food. There are also many activities that does not include water, such as a huge jungle play lane, an arcade, bowling, a terrarium and serval bars. I can highly recommend this resort for both families and couples

Same as every year (without Corona): absolut great place with children. You should book the "badeland" and the "Dschungelland" always ... as this will fill your day in the cold month and parants can relax ;).

Es ist eine sehr schöne und erholsame Gegend. Im Strandhotel genießt man das Frühstücksbuffet, Wellness und das a la Carte Restaurant. Die Umgebung mit der Dünenpassage und den unterschiedlichen Restaurants bietet eine kulinarische Vielfalt, besonders bei Daniel im Heimisch, der dich immer herzlich empfängt. Daniel lebt sprichwörtlich das Heimisch! Und wenn man einfach nur mal Ruhe mit Blick auf die See genießen möchte, dann geht man zu Sven. Dort fühlt man sich sofort herzlich willkommen!
