The hotel is conveniently located for retail, leisure and going for a morning run around the lakes. The staff are always super friendly and recognise me as a returning guest, which can’t be said for other places I stay at for business. The hotel and rooms are always clean, and I’ve never needed to report a problem, but I know if I did the staff would be there to sort it. I never hesitate to book here when popping up to work locally and would recommend it to anyone.

I think this might be the best travelodge I have stayed in which is a bit random because it's only a service station one. I arrived late at night but the gentleman who checked me in was so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, modern (with USB plugs). There was a bath which is always nice (i dont know if every room has a bath). I needed an iron in the morning and the ladies were so kind and helpful. No problems parking and conveniently located by car.

Breakfast pathetic no beans or mushrooms today .They also charge you for broadband after first free half hour .Staff on duty very dour faced. Rooms were clean and tidy and car parking was good .Personally I won't be back. On a positive its next to a pub and a McDonalds .A delivery driver was told he couldn't deliver a parcel and he said to the woman at the desk that's fine can you put a smile on your face ,that says it all . Finish on a positive cofee machine was good .

This is the second time that I have stayed at this travelodge so that I can visit family. Staff are really lovely. Special shoutout to Tracey who was very friendly and helped rearrange rooms . Will definitely stay here again if visiting. My sister also stayed on a separate booking but checked in the day before. First comment was how lovely the staff were.

Great friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, ample parking. I only stayed for one night, and took advantage of a very reasonable room rate. Located at a service area, just around the corner from the impressive Rushden Lakes shopping complex. Make sure not to miss the slip road into the services off of the A45 Eastbound

Had a great experience,room was very clean and cozy,had coffee&tea at our discretion,Mr John from reception was helpful,polite and kind,gave us some tips about the local restaurants and places we could visit,i would rate this whole experience as a 5⭐️,will visit again 100%.
