我壓根沒住上這家酒店。這家有最晚入住時間！在山上！下着大雨，有長者有孩子，大半夜，讓我自己走山路自己找，因為工作人員下班了！攜程也不會有任何提醒！不會告訴你這家酒店需要專門坐交通工具上去！千萬別訂！直接換一家app吧。我當晚換了一家巨貴的酒店，還是自己找的，因為沒人管我。

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful. One in our party did not receive her luggage in Zürich and the staff went out of the way to contact the lost luggage department, notify us, contact the station to make sure it would be open when it was delivered, Retrieve our luggage. They were helpful in every respect. Accommodations were lovely. Had a beautiful view from our balcony room. The room was spacious. Gorgeous location very close to the Co-op and the station. A hill to walk up to get to the station, but they bring your luggage to the station for you! We do wish the pillows were a little fluffier

Excellent value for money. The rooms were recently updated and modern. We made a mistake in booking a double room instead of a triple, and the owner went our of her way to get a spare bed for our daughter. They have an excellent restaurant too. It was summer but the room had an electric fan which helped a lot. A/C was not needed at all, at night the temperature was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Older hotel but well maintained. The view is beautiful from the balcony. It is a hike up to the train station but they will deliver your luggage. Wonderful place and people.

Wonderful stopover hotel following a long day of hiking. The courtesy of the hotel staff and the excellence of their service more than met our expectations. Wish we could have stayed longer but we had to push on our journey. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Only one comment, make sure you get a room with balcony, makes all the difference!

The rooms have been stylishly remodelled in this very friendly family run Swiss hotel where we have stayed regularly for several years. The restaurant is excellent and they have an amazing cellar of wines. The buffet breakfast is always a treat. Theresa and Willy, the owners, are always anxious to help guests in any way they can.

Balkonzimmer sind renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber die Dusche selbst ist sehr gross. Unbedingt Halbpension dazu buchen, denn das Restaurant ist nicht zu übertreffen! Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles perfekt! Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuss den Berg hinauf bis zur Gondelstation. Aber man kann die Ski gratis im Depot aufbewahren.

Amazing hotel with magnificent views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley, and an exceptional restaurant. The staff is fantastic! I'll be back. I had no idea where to stay when I arrived. I checked out the usual hotel reservation sites and decided to walk here and check it out. A smiling Maresa greeted me and gave me a quote much better than any of the hotel sites. I was only going to stay 1 night, but stayed 3. Love this hotel!

Kurz und prägnant; sehr schönes Restaurant, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung sowie wunderbares Essen mit eine guten Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder und geniessen die freundliche Gastfreundschaft. Gastronomen welche ihr Handwerk verstehen.
