The house was renovated by the landlord himself, so the bathroom is shared. The room is very clean, but the bed is too hard. I feel stiff when I sleep. The price may be a bit expensive because of the May Day holiday. The overall feeling is average and the price/performance ratio is not good.

設施完善，能提供很好的！住宿體驗；服務到位，態度誠懇親切，會照顧到你出行的時間，我是玩到12點多才到民宿的，房東會24小時在房，還會詢問有沒有吃晚飯和早餐，提供洗漱用品。廁所是兩間共用的，就是正常住宿房子那樣，民宿裏面算是非常好的；地方臨近景區，來去方便，早晚餐都有，還接近質樸的石塘老街，有老爺爺奶奶石塘水餃，還有地主小炒，是小紅書裏博主很推薦的打卡地。總之，價格實惠，房東親切和藹，房間設施提供完善住房舒服，出行方便離千年曙光園很近。可以提前打電話和房東確定入住時間

#好評#對防治蚊蟲措施，梳洗用品滿意；#負評#對隔音，走廊隔音失望；酒店位置就在曙光碑附近，是房东自己家的房间用来住宿的，挺干净卫生的，订房没注意是公共卫浴，要和其他住客共用，不是特别方便，房间也没有钥匙，贵重物品要随身携带，入住也不用身份证登记，可能附近的住宿都是这样子的吧，但是房间隔音不好，本来晚上睡得就晚，结果早上七点不到房东就和楼上的住客吵了起来，也不知道吵什么，声音超级响，搞的没睡好一天都没精神。
