Let's bd honest: It's not great. Location is good and the price is cheap but you get what you pay for.
I don't mind the scratched furniture, or the torn curtains, or the lack of cleanliness: bed and toilet were clean, the rest was so so, the bathroom door looked like someone vomited against it.
What I do mind is that the bathroom drain is put in a high spot, causing the whole bathroom to flood when showering and it will not drain unless you push all the water uphill. Combined with the large gap around the bathroom door that means after a shower the humidity in the room is like in a sauna and you wake up in the morning to a lake in the bathroom and everything in the room being damp. And then there's the constant soap film on the floor when the lake finally does dry out, making every journey to the bathroom an adventure.
In short, it was OK for one night but we moved to another hotel the next morning.

國玉這家酒店格局那些都很不錯，來文山的話都會來他們家住，價格也很實惠，前台小張也很熱情態度很好的，他們延時退房也不會收費，有需要的他們都會為我們提供，他們也會免費報銷停車費，還有免費洗衣機用

酒店位置就在七花北路路口很方便，出門吃飯也超級方便、四周都有吃的，前台服務員糖糖態度也很好，是個好相處的前台，他們酒店的環境衞生也很乾凈，叫客房服務員幫忙打掃衞生也不會拖拖拉拉、特別的客氣，房間內設施很齊全、床墊也很軟、在他們家住着感覺特別的舒心。
