West Baden Springs Hotel Lvx

We came here on our 20th wedding anniversary. We had attempted to go here years ago, but it just never worked out. We really loved the place. Just our speed beautiful yes a bit pricey and also meals are a bit pricey but food quality was good. room quality was very nice. We plan on visiting again nice place nice historical hotel.

We went to West Baden Springs Hotel to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. When we got to our room, the manager and concierge appeared at our door and surprised us by upgrading us to the presidential suite for our anniversary! Needless to say we were flabbergasted! It was the most special thing that could have ever happened to us, and we are so appreciative for everything they did for us. They went way above our expectations. The original room that we had was fabulous and being upgraded to the presidential suite(needless to say) made it all that more special! I think this will be a yearly event, we certainly don’t expect the presidential suite again, but their customer service and attention to detail is beyond measure! We are fans for life!

A great place for a leisure vacation. if you love food and history this place is for you! Excellent food and service. We will return.

Terrible place has had bed bugs the past couple times I've stayed there so gross I will not bein staying there again they would not refund me or compensate

We visited as a group of four and had a wonderful time. There's so much to do, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. The dome is especially impressive, and we really enjoyed the spacious swimming pool, which was well-stocked with towels. The hiking trail and the stable activities were also a lot of fun. We appreciated the complimentary water provided daily. Overall, it's a great value considering all the activities available!

From the minute we drove down the long cobblestone entrance, we felt as if we were stepping into the past. The atrium, itself, is a site to behold. There are many photos online. The late 1800’s-early 1900’s architecture is amazing. Well-maintained grounds and friendly staff. Shuttle buses take you where you want to go. We will certainly return.
