Was a fun lodgey hotel. Would stay at again. No frills but solid rooms

What we did like was the pool/ game room area and the restaurant

Beautiful place. We like the gift shop and the restaurant too.

I love the new refreshed look! Our room was clean and stylish. My only complaint would be the shower door was weird and the floor would get wet. Also the tv remote wouldn't work.

Cabin style Nice, clean, log cabin style hotel. Easy, friendly check-in, plenty of parking. Heated pool w/pool side rooms. Family restaurant w/a full bar. Plenty of souvenir type things to buy along with plenty pictures thatctell the generational story of this hotel. No in-room coffee, but coffee & tea are available for guests in the lobby. Overall a nice overnight stay.

This hotel is under construction. As a handicapped person I always follow up my reservation with a phone call explaining my needs. I was aware that this hotel did not provide breakfast but it looked interesting and had an on-site restaurant for breakfast. When we arrived the main entrance was closed and we had to repark and walk a long distance for front desk. After registering us we were told the restaurant was closed and no on site breakfast. They could have at least provided frozen breakfast sandwiches. Or told us about construction, a longer walk etc. The renovated rooms were excellent, large screen TV, ADA recommended bathroom roll in shower, toilet and sink heights and closet height. However, once again located the farthest from the lobby area, restaurant gift shop. People with mobility issues would find it difficult. BTW....I made this reservation less than a month ago.
