Poor options for gluten free meals ,no fat free yogurts, bananas past best ,didn't see any staff to ask

Very clean and well managed hotel and bar. The staff were excellent particularly Babs, Milo and Rifat. I would definitely recommend!!

Does what it advertises. Clean, local but basic. Adequate bar and restaurant for breakfast. Staff are very friendly, with special mention of Jo (front desk).

Nice and clean hotel. Nice food and friendly staff. Babs, Jo and Rifat were very welcoming. I particularly liked the hot chicken wings. Could do with being hotter though 😄

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms as large enough for one person and the breakfast is worth having. The reception staff (two ladies) were ever so helpful a credit to travel lodge made my stay enjoyable. I would defo recommend staying here

I recently visited their hotel and Rifat, Jo and Babs were amazing. Had wonderful time with them definitely recommend.

A very pleasant, fairly new, Travelodge. Excellent service from reception staff. Very convenient as it is only a couple of minutes from the M5.

All the staff at the Travelodge had excellent customer service skills. My family and I felt very well cared about. I paid for the wifi, but it kept logging out and there was no soap in either of the bathroom dispensers.

I was met by a very pleasant young man - Rifat - and his friend Milo who went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. Rifat changed my room - I am disabled and a ground floor room is so much easier for me to manage - and they were both very polite and helpful. Well done on having such attentive staff.
