Solbakken Resort

We stayed in cabin 6 and there were a lot of issues. The front door had issues and could not be locked for security. You could just push it open even with the keyed locked handle. The bedroom is super tight and you could not even walk around the bed. My partner had to crawl over me to go to the bathroom. There was an issue with the water pressure and the toilet made odd gurgling sounds. Water jugs were given at checkout as drinking the water was not recommended. Honestly, would have been more comfortable camping in our tent than staying here. Price is too high for the accommodations. The use of canoes and kayaks is very misleading. You are not allowed to take them into Lake Superior and have to provide your own transport if you want to use them elsewhere. Disappointing as this was one of our main reasons for booking here. If we had known we could have brought a trailer or our canoe straps for the car. It is a beautiful location on the lake and the lodge is charming. With some work it could be a great place to stay.

Bien, pena que no pudimos hacer fuego para usar la barbacoa por alguna restricción ambiental, el baño necesita actualizarse, las zonas comunes muy bien.
