The hotel is very very old, counter staff is not friendly. The room is big, but old. The blanket has saliva smell.

Can’t make mercure standard. Totally old and dirty toilet with stain everywhere and old grey towel.
It is really the worst Mercure I have ever stayed.
Good thing is manager hero is good help me to manage cancellation.
They have good capable staff however I think the owner tried to save money and not renovate it to Accor standard.
It is really not Mercure standard

Great hotel location, helpful front desk. Room is spacious, decent cleanliness, amenities by request (room for 2 but when we enter only 1 sandal was prepared). Lights are connected one to another, not that convinient to choose to keep some lights open. The countertop basin has extremely slow draining, and could not be adjusted. Overall it was an okay hotel due to the strategic location.

Old 4 star hotel but with good excellent maintenance, bed-sofa-tv-furniture all well maintenance and still looks good. AC cold, hot water great. Have water drinking dispensers in every floor.
Breakfast with a lot of variations, 4 star standards never failed! With fresh grind coffee machine yumm!!!
Location just in front of transjakarta station! You can say less than 1 min walking distance 😁
Definitely come again!

Sadly this hotel have one of the worst front desk reception I have seen. People manning it dont smile nor welcome you as you checkin. This despite having to wait upto 45mins for your turn. Mind you the lobby is small and seats are limited.
To be fair service from the rest of the hotel was good. Just the staff from the front desk are inhumane. Its not an isolated case.
Hotel has been around for some time near Chinatown area. However rooms were kept clean and comes with standard amenities like fridge n kettle.
Because of d subway construction n road division traffic around d whole area get affected badly.
Breakfast is decent with a range of local food and good egg station. Cuppacino made with fresh milk n bean from d coffee machine was nice too.

value to stay, old hotel but clean & big, walking distance 5min to night food street, walking distance 15min to china town.
