I stayed in this hotel before. And i will expect it will be better than before if i am referring to the review. Unfortunately, I ended up with the frustration and disappointment. I did send a request for a higher floor and smoking room, but with no reason, it was rejected. Even I have sent emails to the hotel personally, yet no reply. It seem they lack communication . That's why they never apologise if any issues are encountered during my stay.
1. Stained iron
2. Faulty shower
3. Mini bar @ fridge not functioning
4. Service failure.
5. Delayed make up the room
I will book a hotel next door if i know this is the kind of treatment i will get. After they reject my request, surprisingly, upon check-in, you will manage to get what you requested earlier on. As a hotelier , i fully understand what the thing is that you may request and what not. And the sop of service provided.
I am writing here is not to begged for service point but more to express my frustration.
