Woodspring Suites West Monroe

Tried speaking with front desk on an overcharge issue and was yelled at saying that my issue was not significant. Then was hung up on by front desk gentleman. Absolutely terrible don't waist your time at this property.

Dirty, rude staff avoid this hotel Nobody should have to stay in a place like this. They cannot get your bill straight, they lose reservations, they mistreat their customers. There are plenty of other hotels in town. Pick another place to stay.

Had been staying here with no problems close to a month, because I am homeless due to losing everything I had in a house fire. Had to leave yesterday morning to go try to get my truck before it got towed, once i got there my truck was stuck In reverse therefore I spent from a little after 8 a.m. until around 7:30 p.m. until I was able to leave in my truck to go back to the hotel. When I got back I was informed by my boyfriend that “he”got put out but all my studs was still in the room so I went to the room to get my stuff and when the manager let me in it looked like metro had been in there so what I have been blessed with since the fire was everywhere. So the manager says I could stay there last night but my boyfriend couldn’t so I went in and had to clean nonstop from the time I got there until sometime after midnight, but managed to get everything packed up except for the clothes in the bed which at the time I did not have bags to put them in so I went outside to smoke a cigarette but upon trying to get back inside to load everything in the truck my card wouldn’t work to get back inside the building so I waited in my truck hoping to see someone so I could get in, but exhausted from the entire days events I fell asleep in my truck. This morning when waking up I went to crank my truck and the battery was dead so after waiting a few hours trying to get jumped off someone finally came through . By this time I was starving therefore knowing checkout time wasn’t until 11 I went for breakfast then returned to the hotel around 10:30 so I could get my things and load them in the truck. When I tried again to go inside my key wouldn’t work therefore I called the front desk and spoke to the manager and asked him if I could get my things and he said since I never got back with him last night they don’t keep things that all my things were most likely in the dumpster ! I drove around to the dumpster to see an empty dumpster . So I then tried to go on the Woodspring website to try to contact someone about this issue but they asked for conformation number so I called back to the Hotel and spoke to the manager again asking if I could please have the confirmation number and he replied no ma’am and hung the phone up in my face ! So now I’m back to being homeless and am freezing to death and can’t even get my clothes ?????
