Amazing modern gem in downtown Hill City. Quiet despite prime location as thru-traffic uses bypass road. I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any issues. Well stocked and super comfortable beds; very spacious --especially bathrooms. Easy parking; super-responsive host -- immediately addressed one minor issue. Can't wait to come back- highly recommend.

Nicest accommodations in the area!! If you are looking for very clean, very comfortable, very close to all the activities- this is it!!! We will definitely come back!!! Easy to book - easy to check in - the host is available if needed. You will not be disappointed!!!

We loved our stay here! The location in Hill City does not get better and it absolutely is the best option we have found that lends more luxurious, which can be hard to find in the Black Hills area. Responses were quick and friendly, the space was so calming and quiet, and it truly felt like a sanctuary after long days of exploring. We can’t wait to come back and cannot recommend this more!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The location was perfect—convenient to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The furnishings were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The space was surprisingly large and felt very open, which made it great for relaxing. Customer service was outstanding— Lisa was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!

McGregor & Main Lofts is a welcome find in the charming mountain town of Hill City SD. We found this new lodging option in the Black Hills offering modern, spacious lofts with all the modern amenities you’d hope for – a conveniently stocked kitchen with modern appliances, fireplace, spacious bedroom and bathroom suite and balcony overlooking the town or the surrounding hills. But also discovered a few nice extras – dedicated parking spaces, TV service with option to connect many of your favorite streaming services, and onsite laundry. The units are clean, new and well cared for. Owner/manager is attentive and helpful when needed.

Luxury getaway in Hill City
We had an incredible stay at McGregor and Main Luxury Lofts. I cannot say enough great things about it! Space was clean, stylishly decorated, spacious and had great modern conveniences like Smart Blinds & a fire place. Free parking on premise was a plus and perhaps our favorite part was that it was located above a beautiful wine bar. Location in Hill City is also perfect for anyone hoping to visit Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse & The Badlands. This space offers something different and upscale for adventurers who also like the finer things in life!

My stay at the McGregor and Main Loft was delightful. The unit is beautifully appointed creating a luxurious serene experience. The expansive bedroom and bath area provided excellent rest. The living area, with its towering ceiling and beautiful blind system, allows you to control the light and mood of the room. The kitchen is well equipped and the half bath near the entrance a lovely feature. The elevator in the building was also handy for arriving with supplies and luggage. Lisa, the owner and host was very cordial and responsive to questions. The new With The Wind Winery in the lower level offers a chance to try SD food and beverage products, with seating indoors and outdoors. I do recommend a stay here!

Awesome stay. We liked the loft so good at check in we asked to stay and additional night and Lisa was very Helprin working it out. The loft is very modern with split heat pump units for both floors and motorized shades in living room. Extremely clean with nice supplies for bathroom and kitchen. Nice little downtown area and great location for Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse Monument. Check out Sick N Twisted Brewey/Naught’ Winery. You can’t go wrong with McGregor and Main Lofts. Eddie and Beth
