This place is kind of gross. There’s no windows and you can’t get fresh air, there’s a musty odor, the volume on the TV didn’t work, the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a longgg time. It’s too bad because it’s a decent location. The owners should take more pride, I think they’re hurting themselves by not making this a nicer place to stay. I come to Misquamicut almost every year but I will not stay here again.

I am a slender man, 5'8" and 150 lbs. The first thing we noticed was that the window does not open. This prevented us from enjoying the ocean breeze. Then we noticed that none of the rooms had windows that opened. Next, there is no sink in the bathroom, only a child-sized toilet and a tiny shower stall. The shower head was stationary, which meant I could not rinse the lower part of my body. The sink next to the refrigerator did not have hot water. The door lock is an old-fashioned spring lock that anyone with a butter knife could forcibly open the door. Forget about trying to take an afternoon nap, because here comes the sewage truck with its loud vacuum pump sucking sewage out of the cesspool.

I was not impressed at all. Yes, it's a place to sleep by the ocean but the room was so run down, warped bathroom door, ceiling is peeling and definitely needs an upgrade. It was not worth the price. Dont let the name fool you, Resort it is definitely NOT!

If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. There were no curtains.There were sheets of paper over the windows for drapes. The ceiling was cracked and we were on the first floor, i'm sure if someone was above us, Pieces would have fallen. Very dated, no upkeeps done to it at all.Don't waste your money. Also, the office door was locked. There's apparently a household living there. I woke someone up when I went to the office Door to get a blow dryer, which was not available in the room.

Point One
Small simple room, very clean and right across the street from the beach. The room was a little musty smelling but was very clean and after opening the window for a bit, it seemed to have aired out. Would definitely stay here again if ever out that way.

I give this an average rating. Nothing spectacular. Literally a bed, a table, microwave and small fridge, a bathroom with towels and tv. Nothing on walls, paper blinds over door, not even a clock. Perfect place to just sleep without any frills. Fantastic location though.
