This has to be the friendliest and most helpful Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. I made a booking error and the manager went above and beyond to sort this issue out for me - she was amazing - especially considering how busy it was The hotel was clean, tidy and a great location for accessing the seafront The breakfast was hot, plentiful and the only issue i had is that i probably ate a bit too much! I would highly recommend staying here

I needed somewhere to stay in Weston-super-Mare as I was going on a day trip on the paddle steamer Waverley. This hotel was chosen because it was on the seafront close to where the ship sails from; also I have stayed in Premier Inn before. The hotel met the expected high standard. Breakfast is help yourself, as much as you want. The room was extremely comfortable, with controllable temperature. The only problem was the Wi-Fi; I found it hard to access and inevitably had to reset my password, but once I was on it was very good.

Really clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Had evening meal and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

Super comfy bed and great room with ocean views. We loved the additional pillows as well. We booked last minute but had no hassles with staying here. Really great breakfast too which was great value.

Stayed at site it was fantastic the team were amazing helpful lovely and really friendly. The rooms really clean and hotel to restaurant very happy with the food. the English breakfast fantastic, the restaurant is a little old and tried but you can see team work hard to keep clean

A.enities facilities and overall bedroom quality were outstanding and very comfortable for all our needs Walk in shower was perfect and the bed itself was very warm and welcoming The staff were always available if needed and the bar and restaurant was easy to navigate
