I stayed here a few months back and have recently stayed again and what an improvement! The room was much cleaner and the service I received was excellent compared to before. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, service was brilliant and breakfast the next morning was amazing. Highly recommend the meal deal. Really good value.

I don’t usually leave reviews and especially not Premier Inns as they are pretty much as the same however, I cannot fault the service I received here. From check in to check out. Everything was as expected. Immaculate room, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. Didn’t have time for breakfast but great for a quick visit.

Great Location, right on the seafront. Staff were friendly and efficient at check in. Room was perfect for wat we needed. Comfortable beds and extra pillows. Air con was a god send on what was a very hot weekend. Only very minor issue was some dirt that was sat in the drain of the bath came back up when I ran my daughter a bath so I had to wipe out the bath and wash the dirt away before I could run her bath.

Hotel is very dated looking from the outside. Our "veiw" was of the air conditioning fans at the back of the hotel. There was mould on the quilt cover and pillowcase and the window was soaking on the inside every morning. The bathroom was dated, again, some mould abd stains around the sink. The shower only worked with the cold tap on, but the water was boiling. The mirror was filthy. The breakfast is great, hot, fresh and kept topped up and the staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I think for the price I paid - £136 a night for 1 adult and 2 "free" kids, not in the school holidays - the room was a letdown. Next time, i might try the Premier plus rooms which at the time, we're only £15 more, but don't accommodate children/family.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed. We had a meal deal and both nights we were there the food was cold. At breakfast the coffee machine needed maintainance and there was food on the floor under our table. Staff did their best but experience was poor.

I stayed at this hotel to visit some friends who live in the area and the location of this hotel is perfect. It’s near the beach, shops, restaurants and bars all within walkable distance. As soon as I walked in the team were very friendly and super helpful. The room was just what I needed, clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely be staying here again!
