Perfect location for young families - soft play, indoor pool, amber express, play parks and mini farm were all a hit. All restaurants catered well to families

The hotel is so child friendly it made the trip really stress free. The restaurants were great and catered for us all. The room was lovely and had lots of space. The kids bunk beds were a big hit

All staff were brilliant. Facilities spotless and so so many. This is by far the best family hotel. My 11, 9 and 2 year old said it was more fun than any other hotel ever. Food and service was brilliant both in the restaurants, breakfast and at reception. Rooms were spotless and the family suites so roomy. Air con was brilliant as it was 25 degrees. We did everything the hotel has to offer and were kept busy during our 5 day trip. We have stayed 3 times now over the years and I can never fault a thing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brillant. We booked into the hotel for two nights with a 2 and 4 year old. Everything was top class. Clean room, fabulous food, clean hotel, friendly staff, what more does anyone want. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, for example we needed a cot in our room, we mentioned it to reception and it was delivered instantly. The only thing that maybe needs looking at would be that the kids portions are way too big, which isnt even a con. Our kids love their food but one dinner would have done both which we did on the second night to avoid waste.

Lovely hotel with lots for kids to do. Very comfortable rooms and good service. We stayed midweek so unfortunately not all restaurants were open but we still enjoyed our stay and the food we had was lovely

I decided to book the amber springs as my first time bringing my autistic toddler away overnight it was a fantastic 2 nights away my toddler loved it and they have so much to do for small children The rooms were spacious and very comfortable the pool was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic I will definetly be staying again I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here 18th till the 20th and was charged €498 for a family of 4 with too kids 1 and 3 who sleep in cots so dont take up much room and after chatting to other family's around the play areas we found out they got it for €350 with dinner vouchers when we asked staff about this at reception they were rude we came here for our sons 2nd birthday and now feel like we have been ripped off with out an explanation. We have spent about €1000 here with lunches/dinners its unacceptable how we could be charged more for a smaller group then others!!
