Brunswick Bed & Breakfast

Fantastic! Wonderful stay! Nikki and Eddie are warm, welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic location right at the beach and with many restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. Great sea view from our room. Dorset is a beautiful area, and this place is the perfect base. We would love to come back one day.

From booking to leaving The Brunswick was excellent. Eddie and Nikki sent an email detailing where to park including free parking. This was so useful to us as it meant we didn’t pay any parking for the 3 days we were there and it was within easy walking distance. The whole house was immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. Our room was room 3 which was not the biggest but was plenty big enough for the two of us. We had a great view of the beach and we could even see it from the bed. There was a small fridge with fresh water and a bottle of milk in. There was an excellent selection of various local teabags and also good quality coffee bags ( decaffeinated and caffeinated) and biscuits. It was very hot whilst we were there but the windows opened and a large cooling fan was supplied in the room. The bathroom was decorated beautifully and contained all the necessary shower gel, shampoos and some extras that you wouldn’t expect to find in a B & B. Breakfast was served by Nikki and cooked by Eddie. It was plentiful and very tasty. Good quality produce and lots of options on the menu. Another nice touch was lots of games and books that could be used whilst there. Overall this was an excellent find and we will definitely be returning when we go back to Weymouth. Everything was just what we wanted. Clean, friendly, excellent location

Nikki & Eddie were the perfect hosts, taking obvious pride in keeping their B&B looking its best. There was even a complimentary upgrade of room when they heard it was the birthday celebration of one of us. Location superb. Off the bustling road but right on the beach. Just right to enjoy the sunrise, sailing boats, crazy early morning swimmers etc. Perfectly cooked breakfasts, delicious coffee. A nice small fridge in the room that was just about enough to take a bottle of sparkly. Friendly conversations, good recommendations for what to see and do. Accommodated our special requests too. Books and games available (we didn't have time). We were even lucky enough to get street parking right outside a couple of times. Memorable stay, greatly enjoyed. Everything we could have wished for and more. Could not recommend highly enough.
