Broomfield House

Very last minute decision to book to go to Whitby. I settled on Broomfield House and pleased I did. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly gentleman. Straight forward check in and we were told we'd been upgraded rooms which was a nice surprise. The rooms had everything we needed with a double bed, sofa which turned into a sofa bed and a little treasure trove cupboard that had the best tea/coffee tray. Absolutely loads of selection. Kettle ,fridge and a lovely glass bottle with water in. There was a heater, a fan,hairdryer , iron and ironing board all packed away neatly in there with plenty of space to hang clothes. The hosts were lovely We had a chat before heading out for the night. The accommodation is a 3 minute walk from the train station which is a bonus. I'll definitely be back. Everything you could possibly.

Close to train station and Whitby town and river♥️ Charming BnB room. No breakfast. We were warned of 56 staircase steps to our room in advance.

Great location and great for a short weekend! We stayed here Friday to Monday. We had room number 6 (top floor) which we didn’t mind - we got our steps in 😂 however the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that it was so hot (out of the owners control!) but it just needed some type of air con or extra fans. We had the window open the whole time which helped a bit. However - it was clean, tidy, excellent location and the owners are really friendly.
