Residence Inn Wichita Falls

It was a quick stay, but the service was excellent and the room super clean, modern and beautiful!

I’m a Gold Elite member and I reserved a room online on the phone app about an hour before arriving. When I arrived I was met by the front desk attendant. She wasn’t all that friendly but professional. She upgraded me to a suite which was awesome. It was just me. I was towing a bass boat and there is no parking for trailers with the exception of parking against the curb which was marked a fire lane (all curbs). The attendant specifically told me I could park there as long as I parked close enough for fire department vehicles to pass (if that had been the case). I felt my truck and boat were very secure there, although i did worry about a break-in because I was driving a 2025 GMC Denali. The room was spacious and had a full sized stove. The bed was semi-comfortable but I didn’t like the pillows. I couldn’t make them comfortable enough for my liking. After checking in and getting everything laid out for bed, I went down to the bar and a gentleman had just been given several cuts of beef, & chicken that he cooked on the Hotel grill outside. They were delicious and perfectly seasoned. The bartender was super friendly and offered some of the leftovers. The hotel offers a continental breakfast which had the usual offerings with a waffle maker. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. The breakfast attendant was also very friendly and helped me take away my dishes. It is nice that they have real plates and silverware and taller glasses for juices. The hotel also has a robot named Paulina, that will bring food to your room. A menu is located in your room with a QRC code to scan with your phone. Everything in the room worked and having read reviews about the other Marriott property nearby, I’m glad I read those before making a reservation at this location. It is a newer property and very beautifully decorated!! I would definitely recommend staying here for your lodging needs!
