Hibiscus Beach House

We stayed at Hibiscus Beach House, Jan Thiel, Curacao during April 2022. We found the accommodation to be perfect for either a quiet relaxing holiday or as a base to tour the island. Our hosts Martin and Diana are perfect and full of knowledge regarding the best beaches to visit, the tastiest restaurants to dine at and the most interesting parts of the island to see. The accommodation is exquisitely comfortable. We stayed in the superior room with views of both the garden and pool, complete with air conditioning and mosquito net. We were there on a bed and breakfast basis, we found the food to be varied and tasty, with home made delicacies. It’s around a 3 minute walk to Jan Thiel beach with the bus stopping directly outside the accommodation to take you to Willemstad and beyond through the transport network. Our overall opinion of Hibiscus Beach House is that it’s the perfect place all round with the most charming of hosts Diana and Martin and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij Diana en Martin die zeer gastvrij zijn ingesteld en een hele fijn B&B runnen. Lekker dicht bij Jan Thiel en zeer comfortabel!

Wij hebben hier onze honeymoon gevierd. Wat zijn wij blij dat we bij Martin en Diana ons verblijf hadden geboekt! Iedere ochtend worden de gasten met iets lekkers verrast en ze staan klaar om je te helpen waar nodig! Martin & Diana, enorm bedankt voor de fijne tijd die we bij jullie hebben gehad!

Tolle Anlage, schöner Garten, netter Pool und super Lage. Die Gastgeber verwöhnen ihre Gäste und man merkt, wieviel Liebe sie in die Anlage und den Service stecken- wir fühlten uns wie bei Freunden! Alles ist sehr familär, die Gäste bauen untereinander noch Beziehungen auf- das gibt es heute eher selten. Zudem wird jeden Tag ein tolles Frühstück serviert- absolut zu empfehlen.

We recently(May 27-June 3rd) spent our 15 year anniversary at Hibiscus Beach House and had an absolute dream vacation. The patio, pool, cabana, and hammocks made for peaceful mornings and afternoons when we were not exploring all that Curaçao had to offer. It’s easy to lose yourself at this delightful bed and breakfast. We stayed in the new studio apartment, and felt like it was our home away from home. It was very private, clean and comfortable and a wonderful place to lay our heads together at night. Breakfast was a highlight everyday and started each day perfectly. Resist the temptation to go all inclusive for a romantic getaway and look no further than Hibiscus Beach House.

Mooi huis, top locatie, host was heel behulpzaam, echt een lieverd! Was goed bereikbaar. Ik zou zeker nog eens gaan! Grote keuken? Genoeg ruimte om te zitten zowel binnen als buiten met uitzicht op zee en zwembad.
