"The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful."

"Great location, beautiful room, fantastic amenities. Got upgraded to a larger suite which was awesome. Enjoyed our stay.  Only bit that was a bit disappointing was that the bed was left unmade and had to call for service to get this done. All sorted in the end. We had a beautiful time. Thank you"

"Location is good with lots of F&B outlets and shopping mall. The apartment all are good however the sofa bed needs to be improved. Sofa mattress sagged. Transportation is nearby and very convenient. Recommend to stay at Sebel Chatswood."

The front desk service attitude is very good and they also help to call a taxi. It is a 15-minute walk from the Chinese district Chatswood, and there is a bus stop next to it. Recommended."

"Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated. All round great hotel."

"This is my second stay at the Meriton in Chatswood. It's incredibly convenient, with fantastic shopping, dining, and public transport right on its doorstep. If you're lucky, you might even get an upgrade to a high-floor room, which offers much better views."
