Room is big, clean , comfortable for 2 queen bed and separate living room . But location looks unsafe on night time to go out for dinner. But the rest is super.

This hotel is fine. Upon checking in you won’t get a lot of info. It’s transactional. Starbucks station is somewhat efficient but, also transactional. Same girl both days, same look of not wanting to be there. If you want a drink at the bar on a Friday or Saturday, the bar most likely won’t be open when it says it will. When I asked when it opened I was told “soon”. It says it’s open at 4 but, it isn’t. 45 minutes later it wasn’t. Once open, I observed one guy working hard to get the bartenders attention to place an order. It’s not that busy. It’s a blah, hotel bar. There are no smiles at this hotel. You get the sense they don’t enjoy the people that stay here. I had to stay here for a wedding so not my choice but, this is where the rooms were blocked for 2 nights. When I called I was only able to get one night at the block rate. Apparently they were sold out of the other night. Yet, my room was available for 2. I called a few weeks before to see if I could get the prepaid rate to help with the price difference. I would have had to switch rooms. I paid full price so I could have the convenience of not changing rooms. So confusing. Room itself was comfortable and quiet. Parking is $24 a night. Spaces are tight. Plenty of scrapes on the cement walls from vehicles struggling to navigate.

Easy parking, close to theaters and dining. Very nice rooms. Quiet even with an event going on.

Restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and no room service. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. There was a table but it only had 1 chair.

I had checked in for Two nights and left the next morning due to a family emergency and still had to pay for the second night even though I left way before regular check out time of 11am

Excellent front desk service , very clean and comfortable ! Comforters could be a little fluffier ( thicker ) ! Beds/ pillows very comfortable otherwise !

I feel like they could clean the rooms better didn’t get my room vacuumed. The whole time I stayed in the shower was kind of dirty other than that. The staff was kind very helpful.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and kind. Luggage cart needs its wheels fixed.
