Newly renovated 1912 home in the Soda Pop District of downtown Wilmington, NC . Everything is brand new! Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided. This was an amazing stay! Super clean, stocked nicely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The host was kind and quick to respond. We were able to check in early as well. Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great stay at this Wilmington rental. The space was spotless and well furnished; with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the Wrightsville Beach and many other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient home base in Wilmington.

Loved! My friend and I loved this house, there wasn’t a thing we would have changed! Very clean and cozy and has everything you need. Our Lyft rides to downtown were all very affordable and a few places even walking distance.
