故地重遊温徹斯特，選的這家酒店，想當初我在温徹斯特小城的時候這家酒店還沒成立呢。前台小哥挺好的。有機會再來入住。

Very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at many premier inn's. Didnt get a great sleep as the pillows were very flat and not very comfortable. The service in the restaurant with slow, took over one hour to get our food. I would not come back to this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a 3 day visit to Winchester. Hotel typical Premier Inn, room clean and no issues at all. Walked into Winchester both days, 15 minute walk mainly downhill to the bottom of High St. by the Watermill. Obviously walk back to hotel a little bit harder but hill not that steep or long. Didn't eat any evening meals in Hotel but Breakfast was very good and value for money. Car parking was a surprise as it was only £3 a night and loads of spaces. Would visit again for good location and cheap parking.

Mixed experience as the beds as usual were comfy but the air con ( needed as room was too hot otherwise) was extremely noisy on the 2nd night so little sleep was had! Room clean and the few staff they had on duty were friendly albeit over stretched with waits to be seen or served a drink in the bar area

Lovely helpful staff. Good price for car parking. Limited automated doors for those of us who have additional support needs, especially on the corridors. Slightly uncomfortable having an accessible room on the second floor Quiet and clean room, with good access to heating Food especially the poached eggs was good

Rooms and parking are great. Great location & good breakfast.. For food walk or get a taxi to Winchester! Evening restaurant food in this Premier Inn is very poor! Staff dont follow up complaints about the terrible food, they just ignore and hope the problem will just go away. No come backs to ask if everything is okay! Chicken wings were like Biltong! (or bullets) No chef on these premises just a microwave im sure! Look around you! Your restaurant is empty for a reason! Worse Premier inn restaurant we've eaten in. (sorry but true) Regards Regular business group!

I travel extensively for work and had a particularly long drive from Exeter that day. I arrived to check in and was not welcomed by the rude receptionist who checked me in, and I explained I book premier plus rooms for the couple of extra comforts but was put in a room for 3 people. Room dark, stained carpet and wardrobe damaged and not a premier plus room as apparently full up. I asked the manager to call me but they never did. I was charged for breakfast which I told the receptionist in the morning I didn't want as an early start to Maidenhead. I had to call head office to make a complaint and get a refund on the breakfast. Awful customer service and I will never stay there again.
